Talk to us. Confidential, free, and anyone can get in touch.
Worried about yourself, or about someone else? Your first step doesn't have to be a big one. Pick the channel that feels easiest right now.
Where you live decides who you see — not whether you get help.
Everything on this site is for anyone in Scotland. Appointments with RCA Trust are for people living in Renfrewshire — Paisley, Renfrew, Johnstone, Linwood, Erskine, Bishopton, Bridge of Weir, Kilbarchan, Lochwinnoch, Houston, Elderslie and the villages around them. Anywhere else, everything below still applies. Phone us and we'll help you work out who to contact.
What "confidential" means here. What you tell us stays with us. We won't tell your family, your work or the police that you've been in touch. There are two exceptions. If we think you or someone else is at serious risk of harm. Or if the law makes us. We'd talk to you first. How we handle what you tell us →

What happens when you contact us
- We answer. You get the same person each time, not a call centre.
- You tell us only what you want to. Nobody grills you.
- We agree the next step together. That might be one call, a one-off appointment, or ongoing support.
- You decide if and when to come back. The door stays open either way.
